Intense Search For 4-Year-Old Missing Girl, Maleah Davis [HOUSTON,TX]

Have you seen 4-year-old Maleah Davis?

There's quite a bit to unfold with this story. According to Darion Vence, his step-daughter, Maleah Davis was possibly abducted by 3 men, driving a 2010 blue Chevrolet crew cab pickup truck, Friday evening.

Vence told police he was on his way to pick up Maleah’s mother around 9pm from Bush Intercontinental Airport when he pulled over due to what he believed to be a flat tire. Both Maleah and his 1-year-old son were with him at the time. Vence claims as he was pulled over he was approached by the 3 men, hit in the head, and blacked out for nearly 24 hours.

According to detectives, he recalls going in and out of consciousness in the back of the suspects truck until he eventually woke up Saturday (the next day), around 6pm, on the side of Highway 6, near First Colony Mall. His son was still with him, but Maleah was missing.Vence said Maleah was last seen in the 16500 block of the Southwest Freeway.

Vence eventually made it to the Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital around 11pm, by foot, where he received treatment for his injuries and reported Maleah missing. At the time of the reported abduction Vence was driving a Nissan Altima with tags 330-92G9. The vehicle was last seen driving through an intersection in Sugar Land at 2:54 p.m. on Saturday.

Houston Police Department requested the immediate help of Texas EquuSearch to try and find Maleah. Volunteers are also searching on foot and by ATV in NW Houston near Highway 59 and Greens Rd. There’s a lot of missing pieces to this story.

Anyone with information on Maleah Davis' whereabouts is urged to contact HPD at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
