For as long as forever, we've celebrated Halloween on October 31st, but there is a petition going around asking to change the date to the last Saturday in the month of October. The petition is here.
Sometimes, we know the holiday can fall on a weekday and really make it screwy when trying to take your kids out after dark, but this way - we will be able to have a universal day off where the kids can go around during the day, when most people are off.
Do you agree with this change? Should Houston implement this rule?
