During the 'Stay Home - Work Safe' order issued for Harris County, essential workers that still need travel to work are able to use Toll Roads free of charge for the next 30 days.
According to the federal government's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency guidelines, there are 16 sectors considered essential:

- Energy
- Financial
- Food & Agriculture
- Government Facilities
- Healthcare & Public Health
- Information Technology

- Transportation Systems
- Water
