3 Documentaries You Need to Watch about the Tulsa Massacre

I also forgot this weekend marked the anniversary, until I saw commercials on TV and pinned it in my brain, "Oh, I need to watch that."

So as I'm sitting here - two documentaries in; if you can stomach the storytelling of one of the most tragic and horrible massacres that took place right in our own country lines - initiated by our own fellow citizens, these are the three that are newly available for you to watch.

Tulsa Burning: The 1921 Race Massacre (Executive Produced by Russell Westbrook/History Channel)

Dreamland: The Burning of Black Wall Street (CNN and HBO Max)

Tulsa: The Fire and the Forgotten (PBS)
