RIP Arlene! The family was on there way to Spanky's Pizza for Valentines dinner and they got caught in the middle of a robbery victim shooting at the suspect who robbed him. Arlene, the 9 year old was struck with a bullet and passed away. This breaks my heart I have nieces and nephews her age.
