Man Shot & Killed Leaving Drake's Restaurant

Toronto police claim that a man named Jaiden Jackson was shot and killed after leaving Drake's Pick 6ix restaurant on Sunday (May 20), which Jackson attended for a private party.

Authorities report that the man was leaving the restaurant at around 9:00pm when a couple of men jumped out of a black Honda Civic and started shooting at him. Jackson would then start running away from the gunfire. He would run into an underground parking ramp. But, the two armed men would chase after him, as they continued firing shots his way.

The shooters eventually ran back into their car and fled the scene. Jackson, who was only 28 years old, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Toronto police are still looking for the suspects. Not only are the suspects the two men who shot at Jackson. But, cops are also looking for the driver of their getaway car.

This isn't the first time that Drake has been somewhat connected to a shooting. Back in 2015, two people were shot and killed at an OVO Fest afterparty. Three other people were also injured in this incident. Drake has yet to respond to this deadly shooting at his Toronto restaurant, which he announced he would be opening with longtime friend Nessel "Chubbs" Beezer just earlier this year
