Tekashi 6ix9ine sentenced to 2 years!

The Federal judge in the case about Daniel “6ix9ine” Hernandez handed down the sentence today in his R.I.C.O., firearms and drug case. Judge Engelmayer said that the 13 months he served was not enough and sentenced him to 2 years. With him already served 13 months he will be getting released in 11 months. Once release he will have 5 years of suspended release. This is a break from the 37 years he was originally facing.

Judge Paul Englemeyer said "For the better part of a year, you were part of a violent gang. So that there is no misunderstanding, here is a specific account of those act. First came [Trippie Redd]... You decided to shoot at a member of [Trippie Redd's] entourage," The Judge continued "Jordan fired into the sprinter van, in the Times Square area. It is a matter of sheer luck that an innocent person or people was not wounded or killed." Via a tweet from Inner City Press who was inside the courtroom.
