This is so heart breaking. So evil, why would you destroy a 3 year old's birthday party, this will be their memory from now on. Where are the parents of these girls? These girls destroyed the rental tables and chairs for this birthday party and now the kids parents have to pay for the damage. i hope these girls get caught and they get a citation for destruction of property. This incident happened in Houston, if they doing this at this age can you imagine once they get older?
