RJ Mr LA is touring the country with Young Thug and MGK on the 'Justin Bieber Big Tour,' which landed him in Houston last weekend - and I had to have him come through the station real quick. We first met earlier this year in LA at the BET Awards, then I saw him again at Real Fest in Anaheim this summer. It's almost as if we've been following each other around - but since he in my city, we had to show him hospitality!
We get into a long open convo about his past with Mustard & YG, the West Coast sound that almost pigeonholes artists' success to a region and if that's what kept the masses from listening to Nipsey Hussle BEFORE his passing and more.
