WILLACY COUNTY will be fining residents for not wearing a face mask, of up to $1000 for people over five years old. Also, no more than two adults per vehicle will be allowed, or else the driver can also be fined of up to $1000.
Counties in neighboring states like Florida, have been enforcing similar rules with the worldwide pandemic and the fear of the spread of COVID-19.
