Judge Hidalgo of Houston, TX just put the mask mandate in order effective today and looks like Governor Abbott is lifting the stay at home order for Texas, ending April 30.
Business will be open starting Friday May 1, 2020.
Abbott announced phases of the reopen which is in the video below.

He wanted barbershops, salons, gyms and bars open as soon as possible due to the extended work force suffering unemployment from these professions alone. But these must be done in phases.
Retail, theaters and more will open on Friday, at 25% capacity.
Grooming businesses will become available to the public inid-May.
