Michael B. Jordan marched the streets of Los Angeles with his father and delivered a powerful speech for brands ,studios and partners that have thus been silent on the Social Injustice Activity that has exploded since the police involved death of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020.
As a recognizable and successful actor, Jordan took this time to hit on four very important characters he's portrayed in the past, that have changed his life. Oscar Grant, in Frutivale Station, and Bryan Stevenson in Just Mercy. Both films centered around systemic racism in our society.
Watch his speech above, and if you haven't yet watch 'Just Mercy,' as it has been made free to watch on multiple platforms to educate others on this very topic.
