While winter weather is blasting the South, like never seen before - most stores are opting to shorten hours just close altogether. Walmart is one of the latter.
Walmart closed up to 600 stores across the nation, due to the polar vortex hitting parts of the US.
In Texas alone, on Tuesday evening, some 4 Million residents were without power spanning across the largest state in the continental U.S. Some residents are now going on day three without power, in subzero temperatures.
Also, as a point for price gouging, some hotels and AirBNB hosts have taken this chance to raise the price ridiculously high for shelter.
And power companies are no different.
