Two people I would've never thought had any beef would be Issa Rae, creator of 'Insecure,' and actress Lauren London. And that's probably because, they both kept it on the low - and we never heard any back and forth in social media, as they should have kept it.
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Rae recapped that she and the actress were 'at odds' over a casting issue with execs which involved bringing in London to play Issa's title role AS Issa in the series, and because she mentioned this all in her memoir. And if you've ever watched Insecure, you know - there's no one who could've ever done that role justice - like Issa herself.
I've seen multiple comments on Twitter rolling around - we won't include those here, as they aren't relevant to the story. But what do you think about Rae's mention of London in her memoir, did she do too much by dropping her name? Also, just knowing that Nipsey Hussle came and mended it, is the happy ending we wanted to see.
