Bun B. Talks Houston Rodeo, UGK 30th Anniversary, Trill Burgers & More
Luckily, in Houston, we have the luxury of having the legendary Bun B. as the voice between all of our songs, or as we professionally call it - our imaging voice.
But the thing about Bun B., he's one of the artists that visiting artists will always bring out as a guest when they perform in Houston - as they should!
But who is Bun bringing out for the first black man headlining Black Heritage Day at the Houston Rodeo?
Bun already made the original announcement that he is bringing; Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Lil' Flip, Lil Keke and Z-Ro. Just last week, he also announced some additions to that lineup; which included H-Town, Baby Bash and Frankie J.
So who else will Bun be bringing? A "Houston-adjacent" artist? i already guessed Drake, didn't get an answer - but we'll see on Black Heritage Day, which is March 11th.
Bun and I also talk about his restaurant venture 'Trill Burgers,' which will be an option at the food court at the Rodeo. The question still remains when will he have a brick and mortar location in the city of Houston of the fan favorite burgers.
We also touch on the UGK 30th Anniversary which he posted about on his social media pages. And, why haven't we heard any UGK or Bun B. samples from newer artists, after the success of Yung Pooda's 'Forever Tippin' spin on the early 2000's hit 'Still Tippin,' featuring DJ Chose.
And as Bun has always been at the forefront of any dealings with Megan thee Stallion, we also speak on when we'll hear some unreleased stuff from Pimp C with Megan thee Stallion. In an earlier interview with Juicy J, he claimed he had some stuff already recorded - now is just when will it be released?
