So So Def & Bad Boy to Do a Verzuz Battle
It's been a little bit since I've seen a Verzuz matchup that I was actually excited for, now we have an appreciation of music between two music icons and legendary labels; Jermaine Dupri's SoSoDef Records vs. Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment.
Dupri confirmed the battle recently at a show.
Both heavyweight labels have a bevy of 90's and 2000's classics - not to mention the records Jermaine Dupri produced for those not under his label umbrella. Hits like Anthony Hamilton's "Charlene," Jay-Z's "Money Aint a Thing," MULTIPLE Mariah Carey records, the list never ends.
Under the SoSoDef umbrella; Bow Wow, DaBrat, Jagged Edge. Bad Boy obviously has Biggie classics, multiple failed 'Making Da Band' hits, 112, Faith Evans, Shyne.. we can go on.
Dupri did not confirm a date - but we're assuming it will come sooner than later.
