It's barely 2023 and looks like the North Carolina emcee, J. Cole may be dropping new music soon.
Fans noticed the "Middle Child" rapper wiped his Instagram clean; which usually means artists are about to drop new music or a project.
Cole is no stranger to dropping albums on similar dates or around the same time every year. Just as the track from '2014 Forest Hills Drive' would predict, 'January 28th' is the rapper's birthdate, which is coming up.
Also, he has dropped multiple albums, '2014 Forest Hills Drive' and '4 Your Eyez Only' on December 9th in the past - so maybe he's overdue? Regardless, fans have referenced the former post where the rapper gave the outline of the only remaining projects he will be dropping as a solo artist.
'The Off Season' project dropped early 2021, all that is left are "It's a Boy" and "The Fall Off" before the rapper claims he will retire.
