I #LatinaGirl is glad this heartless neighbor was busted on cameras! Seriously from the looks of it, he don't like kiddos! A one year old birthday party turned into a danger zone quickly after this neighbor decided to unplug an extension cord. Once he unplugged the extension cord it turned off and disinflated the bouncy house with kids inside of it. Officials say the man might of thought he was unplugging the sound system. Two children were rushed to the hospital,they were no serious injuries. KTRK
