40th Annual MLK Day Parade and Celebration|Houston's Minute Maid Park|Monday @10 am: Presented by the Black Heritage Society Organization.

24th Annual MLK Parade|Midtown Houston| Monday @ 10am: More than 30 marching bands honor the late civil rights leader

MLK Battle of the Bands|W.W. Thorne Stadium| Sunday 4-8 pm: Houston will host the 17th Annual MLK Battle Of The Bands Competition on January 14, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
