A vigil and balloon release will be held tonight at Oyster Creek Park in honor of 4-year-old Maleah Davis, who has been missing for over a week. The location is 4033 Highway 6 South in Sugar Land and it begins at 7pm. Guests are asked to wear blue, which represents child abuse awareness.
