Woo-hoo! We no longer will be told "It's way too early to purchase this beer, you have to come back at 12pm." Those are the rules on Sundays, you have to buy beer, and wine starting at noon. But not anymore starting Sept 1st under the new current law Texans, can buy beer and wine starting at 10am on Sundays!
