A Florida mother is mad that Vincent Cereal,27, won't be arrested for knocking her son's teeth out and calling him a n****r.
I want that man in jail," Brittany Graham said of the man who assaulted her son and called him racial slurs.
According to Malikai Villatte,12, he was assaulted when he and some friends were just playing in the street in from of Cerfalo's home. Last time I checked the street was fair game.
“He was screaming at us, cursing at us, calling us the 'n-word' and he came down to the middle of his yard, and I was like, 'Who are you talking to,' and he said, 'Come within arm's reach and I'll show you who I'm talking to,'" Villatte told Fox 4 Now. “When I realized my teeth were dangling in my mouth it was kind of shocking, I didn't know what was going on.”
Malikaki suffered grave physical damages but it isn't cool at all that he isn't arrested.
Larry Graham, Malikai's father has this statement to give to Fox 4:
“Where it is OK for an adult to take the law into their own hands, and to strike a kid hard enough to knock out his teeth. Where is that acceptable, in what country is that acceptable?"
Cerfalo stands by his self defense against the group of kids.
He told them to back off his property and if they come he will defend himself.
They said, 'You won't hit us, you won't hit us,' and they started to surround me," Cerfalo told Fox 4 Now.
Cerfalo claims they were blocking traffic on the road.
However the case has been sent to the State Attorney's Office according to BET.COM.
