Family is everything and it is hard for men who are incarcerated to keep hope alive if they aren't looking forward to something.
According to The Black Loop, Sarah Higgins Scarborough, facility director Richmond City Justice Center, wanted to ensure that the prisoners in her facility established relationships with their family members.
Scarborough wants to make sure that the men go bak home changed, better for their families and be able to adjust back in to the world well.
