Chance the Rapper is truly fighting to change the stigma Chicago has. Chance announced on Friday that he will support The Chicago Public Schools by creating the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund. He said, "We all know the Illinois education system is one of the most underfunded in the nation. "I'm excited to announce the creation, in collaboration with the Children's First Fund, of the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund," according to Blavity.
Social Works, his non profit, will work with Ingenuity to find the CPS schools who need a better arts.
