Authorities are offering a reward to help find a man spotted entering a vacant restaurant just before it was destroyed in a massive fire over the weekend.
Footage shows a person of interest heading into the former Black-eyed Pea location on FM 1960 at 11:26 p.m. Saturday and leaving in two minutes.
Less than half an hour later, firefighters responded to a smoldering fire that broke through the building's roof minutes after crews arrived.
Parts of the flat roof fell in, covering the flames inside and making it hard to access the blaze. To compensate, firefighters doused the structure with so much water it flooded parts of the parking lot.
