"You're making me nervous," Holmes says in the Facebook Live, captured outside a Valero gas station on Almeda and Southmore in Houston. "Where you from again?" was Devyn Holmes last words before Cassandra Nickcole Damper "accidentally" shot him in the head. You can then see Cassandra and another passanger sitting in the backseat immediately exit the vehicle. This all began when all three of them got in the car and seemed playfully joking with each other and those tuning in live on Facebook. The city of Houston is outraged by what is witnessed in the video. Cassandra has only been charged with tampering with evidence after police said she tried to wipe off her hands before testing for gun powder residue. Devyn Holmes is currently in Ben Taub hospital fighting for his life.
